The Hangar

The Room Where The Neighborhood Meets.

A subdivision has streets. A community has a place everyone shows up to. At Cedar Valley, that's The Hangar.

Why It Matters

Identity, Not Just Address.

The Hangar gives Cedar Valley something most golf-course developments never get: a reason for neighbors to be in the same room. It's open to the whole community — The Landing, Cedar Valley Farms, golf members and neighbors in future planned phases alike.
